Why Vaccinate?
There are a number of infectious biological agents which under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002 require you to undertake risk assessment to assess the occupational exposure risk factors. This assessment will establish if there is a need for vaccination.
The vaccination will provide the employee with effective protection from serious disease or illness which could potentially occur from exposure to an infectious organism.
